Build a short queue without skipping checks
Enter five small sample orders in sequence. Include two with identical dishes and one with an additional drink. Observe how the operator finds the right order after an interruption. Count mistakes and unclear handovers as well as time taken.
Check each parcel against its own bill
Ask the packing person to match each prepared order to the correct reference. Keep the collection check short enough to use during actual service: reference, contents and recipient. Do not rely on customers staying in the same queue position.
