This notice explains how enquiries on deccanpro.com work.

Details you choose to share

The demo enquiry form sends your required phone number and any optional name, email address, restaurant, area and message you enter to our email service so we can respond. Amazon Web Services hosts the website and backend, and Brevo processes the outgoing email. The recipient is sridharkalaibala@gmail.com. The website does not save your form fields in browser storage. Email copies are held by the email services used to deliver and receive your enquiry.

To limit abuse and duplicate emails, the backend stores hashed request information, an IP-derived identifier, counters and delivery status. It does not store enquiry text in this delivery database. Counters are scheduled for expiry after two days and request records after seven days; automatic deletion may occur later. Hosting services may also process network metadata for delivery and security.

How DeccanPro uses an enquiry

Contact information sent by email or shared during a phone call is used to respond to the enquiry, discuss the requested restaurant software and arrange any agreed next steps. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive customer records in a demo enquiry.

Website delivery

This static website is delivered using Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies in the website code.

Links to other services

Map links open Google Maps. Email links use your email application. Those services process information under their own privacy policies when you choose to use them.
