What the software plan covers
The plan includes restaurant billing, table order management, captain mobile ordering, kitchen KOT printing, a kitchen display and voice announcements. These are connected parts of the restaurant workflow, so the demo should show how an order travels between them.
Review an open table, add another round, send the kitchen update and complete the bill. Then test a counter order. Use your own menu items so the staff can judge the day-to-day steps, rather than comparing prices against a list of unfamiliar features.
Understand the annual amount
₹6,000 is the yearly software price. Dividing it by twelve gives a monthly equivalent of ₹500 for budgeting; that calculation does not create a monthly payment plan. At the current rate, two years of software total ₹12,000 and three years total ₹18,000. Future price changes are not being promised or assumed.
There is no setup fee and no usage limit in the stated software plan. If you are comparing another quotation, write down its billing period, one-time charges and recurring add-ons before comparing totals. A monthly headline alone can hide differences in what is being quoted.
Bring your equipment list to the demo
A software price does not describe your existing computer, kitchen screen, printer, paper supply or restaurant internet connection. Share the devices you already use and test compatibility before deciding whether to purchase equipment.
