The current order announcement phrasing is in English. Voice options depend on the kitchen device. Ask for a demonstration with your menu to check pronunciation; Tamil announcements are not promised.

Will voice announcements replace the KOT?

They complement the KOT and kitchen display. The printed ticket or screen remains the reference for the complete order details.
