How to use the sheet

Check the source. Open each order in your restaurant system and confirm its current state before writing the reference.
Separate payment from collection. A paid parcel can still be waiting at the counter. Write what remains to be done.
Name the next action. “Check Table 4’s extra drinks with the kitchen” is clearer than “Table 4 pending”.
Read it back. Ask the incoming team to explain the outstanding work. Print or save a copy for the agreed handover.

Try this in your POS demo

Start with one settled table, one open table and one paid parcel still waiting for collection. Record only the two items that need follow-up. Then have the incoming cashier add a drink to the open table and compare the final bill with both order rounds.

If a payment-method entry and your sample evidence disagree, record the discrepancy for review. Do not change a completed transaction just to make totals match. Ask the demonstrator to explain the supported correction process and the permissions your team will use.
